Danisco is committed to always having an open and effective dialogue with our shareholders. We are constantly looking for new and effective solutions to bring us closer to achieving this objective.
One tool is to increase the use of electronic communication with our shareholders in future. This will give us an opportunity to convene general meetings, distribute results announcements and inform our shareholders about important issues quickly and efficiently.
In order to optimise this dialogue we need to know who our shareholders are. Therefore, if you are not a registered shareholder, we encourage you to register your shares. This is done by contacting your custodian bank. It is only possible to register your e-mail address at the Investor Portal once you are a registered shareholder.
